Guangdong yachts in Hong Kong waters: what October would change, and the bill
The transport secretary said on 19 September that Guangdong-registered yachts are expected to sail south into Hong Kong waters from as early as October. The two work arrangements that would carry them were not signed when she said it, and the statutory bill for arriving is already published.
